• Connect with a clinic’s authorised practice-management tools to support tasks such as answering patient enquiries, booking appointments, managing recalls, and preparing administrative records.
• Monitor reliability, prevent misuse, investigate incidents, and meet legal and regulatory obligations.

OvieHealth is designed for healthcare organisations. When a clinic uses our service, patient or health information may be processed on the clinic’s instructions to deliver the workflows the clinic has enabled. The clinic remains responsible for its patient relationship, notices, permissions, and instructions to OvieHealth.

We do not sell patient information or use it for advertising. We limit access to authorised personnel and service providers who need it to operate or secure the platform. Patient information is protected with technical and organisational safeguards, including encryption and access controls. We retain it only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet the clinic’s instructions, or satisfy legal obligations.

Clinics should not submit information to OvieHealth that they are not authorised to share. Patients who have questions about information held by a particular clinic should contact that clinic first.

We may share information with carefully selected providers that help us host, secure, monitor, communicate about, or support the service. These providers are required to protect information and may only handle it for the services they provide to OvieHealth.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

Depending on your circumstances, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or information about the handling of your personal information. We may need to verify your identity and may refer a patient request to the relevant clinic where that clinic controls the information.
